Job Description

  • Setting the objectives of the programs according to the strategic objectives of the institution.
  • Plan programs from start to finish taking into account deadlines.
  • Supervising development and approving budgets.
  • Propose evaluation strategies to monitor performance and identify ways and methods of improvement.
  • Supervise specific project managers to present and solve complex problems.
  • Work to discover different ways to enhance the efficiency and productivity of procedures and people.
  • Apply the principles of quality, risk and management of available resources.
  • Follow up the reports prepared by managers to determine the percentage of achievement of goals.
  • Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies.
  • Communicate with senior management and submit detailed reports periodically.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the respective application team.
  • Compliance with all health and safety rules and procedures
  • Identify, escalate and manage project risks and issues to resolve them.
  • Monitor the performance of live reports and provide guidance and advice as needed
  • Maintaining inventories of papers, inks and other transfer requirements
  • Ensure timely and consistent communication during any major downtime.
  • Make sure new systems and changes are tested correctly
  • The ability to motivate, effectively delegate and train the team to create a positive and dynamic work atmosphere.
  • Create data distribution policies by working with boundary partners and contract resources
  • Conduct workflow analysis, business process reviews and create job specifications
  • Ensure that application resources are appropriately allocated for support and day-to-day projects
  • Manage external vendors and contractors to ensure performance expectations and customer satisfaction
  • Provide support, guidance, leadership and motivation to enhance maximum performance.
  • Coordinate analysis and resolve issues related to all system upgrades and changes.
