The National Industrialization Company (TASNEE) holds 90% of the company?s shareholding, while the remaining shareholding is held by reputed businessmen of the countryAn exciting opportunity is available for Analyst I, Inventory, based in Riyadh and will reports directly to Head, Warehouse.Summary:Plans and conducts activities relating to the execution of distribution and logistics services to ensure the continuous availability of goods that meet the business needs. Monitors the quality performance of distribution activities.In this role, you will be responsible of:1. Creates/submits monthly activity reports detailing cycle count data, working inventories, excess/shortage inventory, error rates2. Organizes selection preparation loading, dispatch of products to external customers/goods and materials to internal customers3. Assumes responsibility for movement/storage, safely handling and control/monitoring of inventory levels.4. Monitor?s adherence of outbound shipment routings to assign plans, includes freight forwarder.5. Ensures the security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, system review, physical inventory count6. Recommends, develops and implements policies/procedures in accordance with regulations7. Provides data and reports to help reconcile inventory discrepancies based on thorough investigations of transactional histories.8. Overseas operation of procedures for the correct use and maintenance of materials handling equipment and related staff training.Minimum Qualification and Experience:? Bachelor or Diploma Degree.? 0-2 years experience with Bachelor Degree or 7 years experience with Diploma.
