Aluminum Systems Designer And EstimationDescription :•Review of tender documents and estimation•Review project tender documents and understand the project requirements and specifications.•Interpret architectural and structural drawings quickly and accurately.•Guide and supervise the estimation team in preparing detailed and proper BOQ with priced items.•Make an accurate take-off to determine all materials required and pricing.•Maintaining consistent, accurate and timely delivery of quotes to existing and new customers.•Maintain records of quotes in an orderly manner.•Receive and prioritize customers project drawings and requests for quotes.•Train and supervise junior estimators within the department in building an efficient estimation team.•Handle technical submittals, design and drawings for the project•Prepare technical submittals consisting of technical details of systems used, data sheets, colour charts and shop drawings for client approval in coordination with engineering estimations manager.•Explain the suitable aluminum system design, hardware and accessories to be used on new projects to junior designers and draftsman before the commencement of shop drawing preparation.Qualifications:•Need Experience•Immediate joining📠Location : Riyadh
