Welcome and greet customers and facilitate their meetings with the company representatives.
Supervise vacancies, job postings and the hiring process of new employees who wish to join the company and schedule interviews with the manager.
Write and prepare letters, administrative forms, plans and presentations.
Receive and forward correspondence and phone calls.
Deal with requests and inquiries appropriately in coordination with all departments.
Manage the meetings? notes and schedule appointments.
Handle travel arrangements and reservations for the direct manager (and other department members when needed).
Supervise office supplies and submit requests periodically.

Schedule meetings for customers interested in the agency?s services with the marketing managers in all business sectors as directed by the direct manager on a daily basis.
