Job Description

Candidate shall be assigned to an integrated sustainability team for projects within the Middle East and Europe and will report directly to the Head of Sustainability or the Senior Sustainability Consultant.

  • Undertake noise and vibration assessments, for example in buildings to make sure they meet building regulations, for planning applications and for environmental statements.
  • Carry out insulation detailing and testing.
  • Complete survey and acoustic modeling work with knowledge of how changes in design affect.
  • Undertake data analysis, prediction, assessment and reporting.
  • Liaise with clients and local authorities regarding their project requirements.
  • Prepare tenders and accurate quotations for projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, liaise with clients and colleagues throughout a senior level and appear in court as an expert witness.
  • Prepare and produce reports and recommendations.
  • Operate independently and under guidance.
  • Undertake project administration and management.
  • Use modeling software, which could include ODEON, SoundPLAN, INSUL, CadnaA, CATT-coustic, or any acoustic software.
