  • Prepare excel cumulative reports for all major expenses like Telephone, Vehicle, Air ticket, Eppco etc.
  • Collect all invoices for expenses, prepare payment voucher, and post it on or before 12th of every month
  • Regular contact with suppliers and collect all documents on time
  • Handle and prepare petty cash vouchers
  • Check all travel expense details and prepare JV for the expenses
