As an accounting specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing invoices, vendor payments, and client invoices.
  • Financial Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into accounting software and ensure the integrity of the financial records.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and cash account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Expense Reporting: Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Financial Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, including receipts, invoices, and contracts.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets as needed.
  • Compliance: Stay informed about Saudi Arabian accounting regulations and ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements.
  • Support Audits: Collaborate with internal and external auditors by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
