Due to their current expansion, they are currently looking to hire an Accounting Director to lead the entire accounting division.DescriptionManage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting.Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with local and international accounting standards.Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support business decisions and strategic planning.Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations, including the preparation and submission of tax returns and other statutory filings.Oversee the annual audit process, working closely with external auditors to ensure the timely completion of audits and the resolution of any audit findings.Provide guidance and leadership to the accounting team, including training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the business, including cross-functional projects and initiatives.ProfileBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
