Job Description

Accountant - Invoice and Receivable - SAUDI NATIONALONLY SAUDI NATIONAL Candidates needs to apply.Our client is a multinational national event management organization in Saudi Arabia, looking for a Saudi National candidate for the role of an Accountant - Accounts Receivables and Invoicing.

  • Prepare a schedule of contract Tracking along with milestones of invoicing.
  • Communicate with production team to ensure milestone status and submit the invoices on time.
  • Do necessarily follow up on collection on a routine basis.
  • Prepare monthly Sales report and Receivable Aging.
  • Follow the compliance of’e-invoice’as per Tax law.
  • Do coordinate or do’Translate the Arabic contract to English’if it is necessary.
  • Give necessary support to finance and other support for Bidding.
  • Submit the monthly Invoice and collection status report to management.
  • Discuss employees? career development paths with managers.
  • Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
