Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.Key Responsibilities:?Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
General Ledger Management:
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
  • Process invoices and payments, ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors.
  • Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing clients and following up on outstanding payments.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
  • Provide financial forecasts and variance analysis to support management decision-making.
Tax Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including VAT, Zakat, and other relevant taxes.
  • Prepare and file tax returns and related documentation.
Auditing:
  • Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Financial Analysis:
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial data.
Regulatory Compliance:
  • Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations in KSA.
  • Ensure all financial practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
