Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with FMCG experience to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for various tasks related to FMCG operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the FMCG industry, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability in the FMCG sector.
  2. Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
  3. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues that may arise.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and pricing strategies.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas of improvement.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  8. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, such as suppliers and customers.
  9. Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their performance.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of FMCG operations and market trends.
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  6. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  8. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
