Job Description

An Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with assigned customers. The Account Manager serves as the main point of contact for customers and works to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and long-term account retention.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  2. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
  3. Manage and resolve customer issues and concerns
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Preferred Candidate:
