? Monitors financial performance monthly to ensure actual financial progress is on target in line with budget as to sales and costs and that remedial actions are speedily implemented/ communicated/ highlighted when required. ? Support the management in all the financial aspects to achieve the strategies & the targets. ? Improve the financial performance by identifying opportunities in operations, conducting efficiency studies, initiating changes, and thereby reducing operational costs. ? Supervises the preparation of variance analysis reports between set financial targets and actual results achieved monthly. ? Implements the finance strategies, business plans, and budgets. ? Analyses the financial details of past, present, and expected operations to identify development opportunities and areas where improvement is needed. ? Manages the completion and release of regular financial statements and reports monthly to management at the units and the group to allow for performance review and executive decision-making. ? Monthly reviews of the financial statements and highlights areas of concern in the regular business meetings along with proposed solutions.
