Seniors IT is one of the leading Cybersecurity solutions/Services providers in Jordan, Qatar and Saudi Arabia Markets.Seniors IT is looking for a passionate Account Manager to be responsible for multiple client accounts at KSA. The Account Manager?s responsibilities include maintaining a thorough knowledge of our business and offerings, managing and strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.Account Manager?s Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the market?s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Keep the management informed by submitting reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive?activities, and potential for new products and services to the management.
  • Keep updated with the best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback?
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or any related field.
  • 2-5 ?years of experience in the same field.
