Our role is to drive training excellence! We develop and maintain our external partner offering for different target groups and provide a global certification program.What youll do here as Academy Project ManagerWe are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Project manager to join our team here in Lund to help us with Academy related communication and administration. You will work with various projects that all relate to our training initiatives, such as: * Internal communication with relevant stakeholders* Head up the administration of our global Certification program* Collect and manage training statistics and metrics* Manage day to day administrational tasks We believe you are an exceptionally flexible and self-driven Project manager with the ability to plan, drive and finalize projects successfully and according to a set time plan. As a person, you are structured and analytical and able to simplify a complex situation into a clear action plan. You are enthusiastic, open-minded and sociable with a strong urge to learn new things and develop new skills. All with high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Preferably you have a background in project management, internal communication and/or training administration in an international environment. Academy uses several systems to run our department and it is important that you either already have the relevant competence or feel confident to learn new systems in order to drive projects. We believe you can: * Own Academy projects from start to finish and works collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve goals* Prioritize work independently to ensure it is completed on time* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within the global and regional organization, but also cooperate with external companies Furthermore, we believe that you have: * Background in project managing with 3-5 years experience * Interest in providing heavily focused administrative support to ensure efficient operations * Experience from internal communication within a global organization * Relevant system knowledge in order to work in tools such as LMS, Galaxis, surveys and assessments * Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (written & spoken) * Social media and digital marketing skills * Event coordination skills within KSA * Relevant university degree or equivalent *The role is valid only for Saudi NationalsWhat Axis have to offer:In exchange for your dedication Axis can offer you an innovative and global organization that takes great pride in delivering world-class, high-quality products to our customers.
