Arrange for inspections and preventive, periodic and emergency maintenance.
Evaluates the technical condition for all air conditioning and cooling system based on technical specifications that are related to the rate of productivity and maintain the cleanliness and safety of these devices and their accessories.
Follows the request and installation of replacement parts from the agent for the units covered by the warranty
Review all warranty certificates for all air conditioning systems and keep a record of them for reference in case of any malfunction in the units covered by the warranty
Prepares lists of the necessary spare parts and repairs.
Carry out similar duties that may fall under his responsibility
