Ability to perform the work safely/ independently and lead a team of multinationalworkforce for overhauling.? Assist in front line supervision of overhauling activities according topredetermined schedule to ensure compliance and prevention of complacency.? To monitor, review and approve the overhauling steps to ensure that all activities are carried out safely and fully in accordance with the client's safety and technical requirements. Ensure adequate resources are available to achieve optimum progress in work.? Ensure that the work is carried out according to the specified qualityrequirements.? Ability to identify technical problems and notify immediately to OEM specialist/client.? Ensure that all overhauling activities/ clearances are suitably documented in checklist and handed over to the client.? Liaise with the other discipline Supervisors on a continuous basis to ensure smooth execution of the overhauling activities.? Liaise closely with the client to ensure that any mechanical rectification required during the overhauling is promptly attended to.? Liaise closely with Operations personnel, on a day-to-day basis, to ensure that they are kept fully informed of the contractor?s activities and that appropriate Operations input is obtained during overhauling work.? Allocates tasks to subordinate work teams, monitors team and individual performance taking remedial action as appropriate.? Ensure that appropriate safety procedures are implemented during the execution of the work, which will include the review of method statements.? Ensure that all tools & tackles used by the team are in accordance with the specifications.? Monitor abnormal process and equipment conditions, incidents, hazards or emergencies and intimate client immediately for corrective actions.
