We are looking for Chief cook for the offshore requirements (Rig/Barge/vessel), specific responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to the following:? Must have minimum work experience of 06 years of experience out of which minimum 01 year of offshore experience on vessels or rigs/ barges? English Speaking with basic computer literacy? Knowledge in Stock Control and Management? Knowledge in Food Safety & Hygiene? COC (mandatory / any COC)? CDC / seaman book (with endorsement of sea service / STCW Courses) and CDC stampsDuties (but not limited to the following):o Cooking for the crew (Continental / Indian / Arabic cuisines)o Different meals to be preparedo Must follow HACCP guidelineso Chief Cook must ensure safe & clean working practiceso Chief Cook must plan the menuo Chief Cook must ensure stores are sufficiently stockedBelow are the required documents:A. BASIC SAFETY COURSE as per STCW 2010 composed of:1. Personal Survival Technique (PST)2. Elementary First Aide (EFA)3. Fire Prevention & Fire Fighting (FPFF)4.
