Job Responsibilities:? Responsible for the overallstrategy and execution of supply chain managementfunction as well as the planning and directing of activities and operations of the business.?Assist logistics processfor the development of new products, inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipment and delivery, and returns on products.? Integrate andmanage overall purchasing activitiesto support operations.? Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to streamline process, systems and improve accuracy and efficiency within operations.? Develop,implement and sustain a production planning systemto ensure on time delivery to our customers.?Manage current and long-term forecast projectionsto drive production and inventory planning goals.? Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the logisticsperspective.? Develop effective communication and processes with the transportation/logistics vendors.? Build relationships within company and external parties, such as suppliers or distributors.?Management of ware-house operations and management.? Read and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts or import/export agreements.? Collaborate with diverse stake-holders in to identify problems and find solutions.? Uphold strong integrity / function of the ERP system.? To be a system (ERP) superuser for the Supply Chain department.
