PRO AssistantJob Location : Ras al-Khaimah, United Arab EmiratesResponsibilities :•Updating and maintaining the PRO database e.g. scanning of passports, labour contracts, labour cards and visa details;•Tracking of entry dates of new employees for visa purposes•Assisting employees and managers with day to day PRO queries•Ensuring all relevant documentation and information is forwarded to the PRM•Preparing and maintaining individual hardcopy HR records•Liason with PRO & HR with regards to: for visa processing, for Contract Renewal. For Cancellation and etc.•Ensuring Company compliance with labour lawsRequirements•Qualified candidate should have at least 2 years relevant experience•Presently residing in UAE•Have a good english communication skills•Can join immediately•Knowledge of office management systems and procedures•Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers•Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)•Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work•Excellent written and verbal communication skills•Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
