As a Food & Beverage Departmental Trainer, you would be responsible for:As a Food & Beverage Departmental Trainer you will assist in daily F&B operations and work with team members to demonstrate your abilities and have them gain knowledge in the hospitality industry. The candidate will work closely with the F&B Management and the L&D Manager. The nature of work will entail supporting the team in both daily operations, project management and strategic aspects of operations and training. As the Trainer for Food, Beverage & Events, you will be responsible for all training for our colleagues both on the job for skills and in classroom training for knowledge. You will be planning and conducting meetings with Managers to track performance trends and prepare action plans and training initiatives, as needed. You will also be working closely with our hotel L&D Manager in ensuring that all training as tracked, and records are maintained accurately. In addition to this, you will be working with the F&B teams, helping them understand their part in us delivering an excellent customer service and working closely with them to motivate them to achieve the desired results.
