HR Intern

Job Description

As an HR Intern at our company in Riyadh, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks and gaining hands-on experience in the field of human resources. This internship is suitable for individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in HR and want to develop their skills and knowledge in a professional setting.Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Coordinate and schedule training sessions and workshops for employees.
3. Update and maintain employee records and databases.
4. Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
5. Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
6. Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
7. Support the HR team in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
8. Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
9. Respond to employee inquiries and provide support in resolving HR-related issues.
10. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
8. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
9. Knowledge of HR principles and practices is a plus.
10. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
