We are seeking a skilled Painter Technician with experience in painting 3D prints, maquettes, electroplating, and hydrographic painting. This role is essential in adding high-quality finishes to our 3D printed models and custom designs. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in various painting techniques and coatings, along with a deep understanding of post-production finishing for additive manufacturing processes.Key Responsibilities:?3D Print Painting: Apply precise paint finishes to 3D printed objects, ensuring smooth textures and high-quality appearance.?Maquette Painting: Skillfully paint architectural and industrial maquettes with attention to detail, color matching, and texturing.?Electroplating: Perform electroplating on parts and models as needed, ensuring adherence to material specifications and quality standards.?Hydrographic Painting: Execute hydrographic printing/painting on various models, including preparation, application, and finishing processes.?Surface Preparation: Sand, smooth, and prime 3D printed parts to prepare them for painting and finishing treatments.?Quality Control: Ensure all painted and coated parts meet stringent internal quality checks, maintaining consistency in color, texture, and durability.?Tool & Equipment Maintenance: Maintain painting equipment, tools, and workspaces to ensure efficiency and a safe working environment.?Collaboration: Work closely with the design and production teams to understand client specifications and ensure all finishes meet the expected outcomes.
