Under broad direction, provides cross-functional fluids expertise for technical support on rig site location and/or customers operational office for high profile well projects. Assignments require sufficient technical experience to assure competence as a fully-trained fluids professional (drilling, completion and other fluids engineering as required). Must be able to work with minimal supervision. At this level, individuals will have previously demonstrated creativity, foresight, and mature fluid engineering design and implementation judgement in anticipating and solving fluid engineering problems in the most efficient and economical manner. May have direct supervision of lower positions in job family. Job role has budgetary type of accountabilities or directly impacts a revenue centers viability or its quality of service via personal contributions. Completion of a Bachelors Degree in in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) is preferred. This position requires a minimum of 10 years experience in fluids application.
