Primary duties include teaching economics at the graduate and undergraduate levels, engaging in a research program that results in articles published in outstanding scholarly publications, and performing service as assigned by the Department, College, and University. The position will start August 16, 2023.*Minimum Qualifications*A Ph.D. in economics or a closely related field is required. A demonstrated track record/potential for publication in high-quality economics journals is required.*Preferred Qualifications*Experimental and behavioral scholars whose work focuses on any topic will be given full consideration, but those whose research (1) overlaps with that of the departments existing faculty and (2) can utilize resources of The Interactive Decision Experiment Lab ([https://tidelab.culverhouse.ua.edu](https://tidelab.culverhouse.ua.edu/)) are especially encouraged to apply.*Instructions and Required Materials for Application*Review of applicants will begin immediately.
