Department:Educational ResourcesRequested Start Date:VariesPay Range:VariesNormal Work Schedule:Varies, depending on course schedule and department needsJob Summary:The Department of Educational Resources at Jacksonville State University (JSU) invites applications for adjunct faculty positions. Our Department offers undergraduate, graduate, or doctorate programs of study in Instructional Leadership, Instructional Technology, Teacher Leader, Library Media, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, School Counseling.Experience teaching online and in traditional classroom courses is desired.Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • Masters degree appropriate for the discipline or training and experience in the field to be qualified to teach specific courses. Terminal degree may be required for teaching graduate or doctoral courses. Terminal degree refers to the highest degree awarded in a discipline. The doctorate is the terminal degree for most disciplines represented at JSU.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Doctoral degree in appropriate discipline
