Job Description

Supporting the Most Exciting and Meaningful Missions in the WorldAcquisition Program Protection Analyst DEI-RPAE is seeking a motivated, career, and customer-oriented Level II Analyst to execute analytical tasks utilizing both analytical techniques and processes for the Statement of Work within their specific functional/task area. The Analyst will be responsible for developing and utilizing analytical tools, techniques, processes, and procedures for technical and/or administrative support activities. The successful candidate will have, and be able to apply excellent oral and written communication skills.This position is in support of the Missile Defense Agency located at: Redstone Arsenal Huntsville AL.Basic Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate of Science or Associate of Arts degree relevant to the Security/CI fields preferred
  • Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) SPeD certified for Security preferred
  • Experience: 3+ years working on missile defense-related or other DoD program / project
  • Works to analyze and resolve problems
Clearance Required:
  • Secret up to TS/SCI
Special Qualifications: In addition to the Basic Qualifications listed above, the following specific qualifications are required by Task/Function area:Acquisition Program ProtectionExperience:
  • Over 2 years DoD Acquisition Security experience
  • Over 2 years experience leading multi-disciplined teams
  • Over 2 years experience coordinating technical issues with outside agencies/OSD level coordination
  • Inspection skills that include identifying requirements, assessing compliance, and proper reporting techniques.
  • Trained in conducting Security Assessments within 1 year
  • Clearance: Secret
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Office Specialist Expert certification
  • Current Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC)
