Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow assigned customer accounts through tele sales activities.Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote products/services.Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into successful sales.Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions through daily reports.Collaborate with the line Manager & Channel manager to maximize revenue opportunities.Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.Handle customer complaints or escalations professionally to maintain trust and loyalty.Key Skills & Competencies:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.Ability to handle high call volumes and meet sales targets.Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.Good organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Should facilitate customer meetings, if needed only.Qualifications & Experience:Proven experience in Tele sales, account management, or a similar role.Telecom, FMCG, or service industry experience is an advantage.Fluency in [language requirements – e.g., English, Hindi, Malayalam & Arabic will be a plus].
