Responsibilities:Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retentionEnd-to-end recruitment processMaintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employeesAssist management in conflict resolutionSet standards for ethics, values and culture of companyOnboard new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes and benefits packagesQualifications:Bachelors degree.3-5 years of experience in HR or related field.Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills.Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.Experience in using Zoho will be an advantage.VISA transfer is mandatory, and immediate joiners are preferred.
