This is a fantastic opportunity to support radiology services in a patient-centered environment.Location: QatarSalary: 5,500 QAR/monthContract: Until end of the year (with possible extension)Key responsibilities:-Schedule patients across radiology modalities with accuracy and efficiency-Ensure proper patient identification, privacy, and confidentiality-Support insurance verification and pre-authorization-Coordinate surgical and interventional radiology procedure bookings-Manage scheduling priorities and resource availability-Provide outstanding patient communication and service-Support PACS administration and registration processes-Adhere to hospital standards, safety procedures, and compliance requirementsQualifications:– Minimum 2 years of frontline experience in customer service, scheduling, or reception– Strong communication and organizational skills– Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting
