Job Description

Key Responsibilities• Handle daily office administration and documentation• Prepare quotation, contract, invoices, emails, and reports• Coordinate with operations, sales, and management teams• Maintain accurate records, files, and client data• Follow up on emails, approvals, and pending tasks• Assist with HR and basic accounting tasks when requiredDesired Skills & ExperienceEmployee Requirements• Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role minimum 2 Years.• Strong English communication (spoken & written - Arabic typing an advantage)• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)• Well-organized, punctual, and detail-oriented• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines• Qatar experience is an added advantageSalary & Benefits• Salary: QAR 2,300• Free Accommodation• Company Mobile with Data Package• Professional working environment• Growth opportunities
