The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in managing small-scale global projects, adeptly navigating diverse time zones and cultural contexts. Additionally, they should possess a solid understanding of HR operations and processes, enabling seamless coordination and support across all aspects of the organization.

  • Manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.
  • Utilize SmartSheet and other tracking tools proficiently to maintain project documentation and facilitate collaboration.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years HR project experience either in capacity as HR project team member or as project coordinator
  • Excellent communication written and verbal - Language Mandarin, English, Malay.
  • An advantage if worked within global organization and culture
  • Good systems knowledge working with automated processes
  • Very organized to track project activities, resource, deadlines etc. using Smartsheet an advantage
  • Ability to work with processes and identify improvements for efficiency and standardization
