Job Description

IMMEDIATE HIRINGPosition:Accounts ExecutiveNature of Business:Software Development & ConsultancyStarting Salary:RM4500 - RM7000Location:Penang IslandLanguages:Fluent in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is an added advantage)JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the accounting departments daily operations, encompassing financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, budgeting, cash flow monitoring, Profit & Loss variance analysis, Balance Sheet reconciliations, and yearly group accounts consolidation.
  • Good understanding of Malaysian Tax regulations.
  • Manage cashflow and treasury functions.
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits and income tax submission with external auditors and tax agents.
  • Liaise with company secretary, maintain proper filing of annual returns and secretarial related documents according to Companies Act 2016.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Min Bachelors Degree or Professional Qualification in Finance / Accountancy
  • At least 3 Year(s)of working experience in the related field
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Ms Excel, Ms Power Point and Ms Words)
  • Knowledge on Accounting System with Xero Accounting Software, Autocount will be an advantage
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented and able to meet tight reporting deadlines
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is an added advantage)
