Job Description

Position Summary:To support and assist on the system improvement in production floor.What You Will Do:

  • Experience in shop floor working environment.
  • Understand Lumileds products and process flow.
  • Experience in supervisory skills with the ability to interface effectively with other departments.
  • Learn up communication and presentation skills in daily routine jobs.
  • Learn up how to analysis on line issues and proactive decision making.
  • Plan available resources in the area of people, material, space and equipment to effectively meet production schedules, cost targets and quality standards.
  • Improve line performance in a structured approach, like fishbone, line balancing, man-machine ratio
  • Taking up 1 improvement project related to shop floor.
  • Complies with environment, security, health and safety requirements.
What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications):
  • Computer Studies and Knowledgeable in writing Coding for develop Dashboard Platform
  • Basic Microsoft Office Tool such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Power Point & etc
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to interact with people at all level
  • Able to work as a team
