  • Coordinate AEs daily activity and resources arrangement.
  • Support Rel Lab Ops and new products buyoff qualification.
  • Coordinate Equipment PM progress, LM80 chamber condition, documentations, training, R&M procedure.
  • Monitor shifty Equipment OEE / Rel operation.
  • Follow Manager / Sr Engineer instructions and operation procedure on work assignments.
What You Will Do:
  • Safety Biweekly Topic Briefing to all AEs team.
  • Coordinate ComCell Daily meeting.
  • Lead PM Coordinator Roles and Responsibility, follow up line sustaining activity and Equipment Calibration. Focus line activity breakdown repair, PM and ad-hoc case.
  • Assist Manager / Sr Engineer to facilitate documentations, PM Checklist and R&M procedure, troubleshooting method and train AEs repairing progress.
  • Control spare parts issuance / withdrawal and Min/Max quantity.
  • Assist in ESD Equipment checking / LCI & Copper Foil Measurement / DI Water Quality Check.
What You Will Bring (REQUIRED Qualifications):
  • Good in verbal and written communication skills, English/Malay language.
  • Good attendance / self-manage / communication.
  • Good skills of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook)
  • Working experiences at same fields, 3 years+
  • Able to take pressure when new task assign.
