  • To assist on employee Data Particular updates (LHDN purposes)
  • Liaise with the respective department to get the latest JD and transfer softcopy JD (DL,NE, EX) into sharepoint
  • To update filing system (e.g new hires, active & inactive employees and etc)
  • To follow up employee confirmation / any follow-up matters
  • To 5S office
