Project Engineer (Electrical)Salary: RM4,000RM6,500 (Immediate Hiring Upon Confirmation)Project Location: (Bayan Lepas, Penang)We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to join our team at DJR Power Sdn Bhd to work on our projects in Bayan Lepas, Penang. Apart from technical knowledge and expertise, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects, ensuring their successful execution, and providing technical guidance to the electrical team. If you have strong leadership skills, excellent technical knowledge, and a proven track record in electrical project management, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities Responsible for the preparation of design calculations, drawings, specifications, and tender documents for the design projects according to requirements for submission under supervision of Project Manager. (Costing budget, BOQ, Material Spec, SOW method statement, etc)Assist in liaison and coordination with Local Authority Departments to obtain approval on design projects. (ST, Telekom, TIME, MBPP, JKR & TNB, etc)Assist Project Manager in essential building tasks, new machine installation, re-layout such as estimating, contracts or site planning.Monitoring build progress, preparing sites before construction work begins & supervising contractor teams.Communicate with clients on requirements and specification for request for proposals (RFP)Conduct status review meetings among project team members, subcontractors and clients.Ensure technical proposals comply with local rules and regulations.Requirements Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or its equivalentProfessional certification in Board of Engineering Malaysia (BEM) or its equivalentMinimum 5 years of proven working experience as an Electrical Project Engineer or similar roleExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAble to simplify technical terms for the benefit of other non-technical stakeholdersAttention to detail and a commitment to safetyKnowledgeable on industry standards including, but not limited to API, ISO, MSS, ASTM and DIN.Proficiency with MS office Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat).Strong capability of Malay and English written and spoken language.Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation for work on short noticeInterested candidates please fill up the attached Job Application Form and submit your application together with resume directly to WhatsApp 018-294 1788 / email: [Confidential Information]
