*IT System AdministratorTo handle therunning of day to day challenges in the scope of IT in the Hotel as per setstandards, policies and procedures.Kempinski Hotel Soma BayKempinski Hotel Soma Bay introduces luxurious European service with Egyptian hospitality at the premier holiday destination on Egypt s Red Sea coast. The hotel comprises 325 rooms, including 34 suites with a luxurious interior design. We provide a remarkable dining experience in 6 food & beverages with special culinary highlights. The Fitness Center provides a gym, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and 4 treatment rooms, where certain massages can be arranged through The Cascades Spa & Thalasso. The Soma Bay leisure facilities include diving & snorkeling, tennis & squash as well as golf facilities located just a few minutes away from the hotel.Key Responsibilities:Solve technical and operational challenges inthe scope of IT reported by users.Follow Kempinski code of practice as related tosecurity and operation of computer systems with a thorough knowledge ofstandards of operating proceduress.In cooperation with the IT Manager, suggests onthe existing and future systems being developed or implemented.To assist the IT Manager in all stages of theday to day operation of the Hotel.To support computers in hardware and softwaremalfunction in coordination with all the departments.To manage and prioritize any IT problems,impacting either revenue and/or the guest for quick resolution and pro-activelyseek for preventative maintenance.Follow up on and maintain knowledge of newsystems that can help in streamlining the processes in the hotel.Maintain complete record of the systems relatedinventory.Perform all duties and responsibilities in atimely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies andprocedures to achieve overall objectives of this position.To understand andstrictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the EmployeesHandbook and the Hotel s policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health & Safety.To ensure that all potential and real hazardsare reported and rectified immediatelyTo understand and strictly adhere to the Hotel sEmployee rules & regulations.To report for dutypunctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times.Perform any other duties as assigned to him/herby management.Participate in training programmes.
