SUMMARYJOB CONTENT (state in brief)Overall co-ordination of all engineering aspects of the Project including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, BMS and other specialist packages.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic? Excellent knowledge of various types of systems and it?s functioning and interfaces within the project.Financial? Excellent cost awarenessOperational? Review of all technical submissions and control of all the stages till approval.? Have very clear idea of coordination between the various services to avoid the conflicts.? Sound knowledge and expertise in reading, understanding and interpretation of drawings, specifications.? Candidate must posses adequate contractual knowledge in dealing with commercial issues.? Have clear understanding of the planning aspects of all the streams to control the time part of all engineering activities.? General understanding and exposure to major building construction projects.? Computer literacy is a must. Good written and oral communication skills.? Should possess very good influential skills to lead the various stage holdersincluding the Client and Consultant.? Project Quality Management.? HSE Management of Project.People Management? Possess the required technical, management and leadership skills to lead ateam of Engineers and Architects, Structural Engineers and Draughtsman? Handle conflict amongst the team to ensure smooth operations.Other Responsibilities?
