SUMMARYJOB CONTENT (state in brief)Overall co-ordination of all engineering aspects of the Project including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, BMS and other specialist packages.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic? Excellent knowledge of various types of systems and it?s functioning and interfaces within the project.Financial? Excellent cost awarenessOperational? Review of all technical submissions and control of all the stages till approval.? Have very clear idea of coordination between the various services to avoid the conflicts.? Possess the required technical, management and leadership skills to lead ateam of Engineers and Architects, Structural Engineers and Draughtsman?
