Qualification: Bachelor / Master?s in civil engineering.Experience: 15+ year?s significant experience in Project, Resource and Client management.Role Objective:-? Sr. Project Manager (Str) is responsible for overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting and control while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards.? He should possess relevant construction experiences in Box girders, Post tensioning, Major bridges, and Interchanges.? He is responsible to plan, direct, coordinate or budget usually through subordinate supervisory personnel activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of project activities/areas.? He participates in the conceptual development of construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation.Duties & Responsibilities:-? Delivering the project as per contract deadlines while adhering to financials of the approved master budget for the project? Achieving turnover and contribution at project level as per approved business plan.? Reporting of monthly income (VOWD), raising of proper invoices and certification thereafter.? Project planning, execution of works in planned sequence, monitoring of progress with respect to commodities.? Timely requisitioning for resources. Achieving overall physical progress of the project as per business plan.? Proper utilization of deployed resources and costs there of.? Be the focal point for all correspondences with customer / consultant. Overall co-ordination with the customer / Consultant / Subcontractors/Stakeholders.? Ensuring adherence to legal requirements. Ensuring timely notification of insurance claims? Effective implementation of Quality policy of the company, PQP and project HSE Management plan? Ensuring that all the contract variations are promptly notified for possible extension of time (EOT) claims, contractual claims and variation orders.? Reviewing and approving subcontract agreements as per delegation powers in force.? Resolution of disputes with locals and subcontractors through PRO? Ensuring timely maintenance and servicing of all vehicles & equipment in the project through plant engineer.? Responsible for surveying of land /project site pertaining to the Project, ensure availability of all equipment and manpower for further activities? Oversee cutting and filling of land and brining the land to the OGL (original ground level)? Monitor the preparation of the foundation for further activities, oversee filling of materials and cross check FDD (filled density)? Responsible for fixing PGL (profile ground level)? Oversee the process of laying of asphalt after all the pre activities are completed, responsible for RFI with Client/Consultant for inspection? Liaise with Client/Consultant and address technical queries/issues? Coordinate with the Inspector QC for fulfilling the inspection & test requirements of the project and ensure inspection / test records, as applicable, are generated,? Coordinate with the Quantity Surveyor for providing the quantities of work to be carries out.? Prepare markup and as built drawings in coordination with the Supervisors and the Draughtsman respectively.? Assist the Storekeeper in receiving inspection of all the project materials directly delivered to site.?
