SUMMARY• Coordinate with the Project Manager for preparation of Budget and assign weightages for various activities involved in the project.• Responsible for the preparation of Construction Program in consultation with Project Manager for the entire project and obtain Consultant / Customer approval.• To identify the critical paths in the projects and mitigation plan for the same.• To identify the major activities (cost wise, profit margins etc.) and critical materials (Cost, availability in market, profit margins etc.) required for the project.• Prepare Master list of materials and Material Procurement Program for the project.• Monitor the progress of work on a daily basis by compiling the reports received from site and inform slippages to the Project Manager, if any.• Reschedule the activities in case of any deviation from the existing program.• Prepare Monthly Progress reports and other reports, if any in consultation with the Project Manager.• Arrange the project photographs regularly and maintain relevant progress records.• Ensure timely submission of monthly reports to the Consultant / Customer, if required contractually.• Assist the Project Manager for comparison of actual versus planned budget.• Preparation of Bills and timely submission to the Project Manager.• Establish quantities of work items and materials from the drawings/ specifications.• Monitor activity wise income / expenditure reports as per laid down frequency.• Coordination with the site engineer for taking actual measurements of work done.• Promptly process bills and invoices of subcontractors to clear their payments on time.• Enforce quality requirements and adherence to contract specifications.• Prepare monthly material reconciliation report and inform to the Project Manager, in case of any deviation in theoretical versus actual quantity of any material.• Shall prepare variation orders, in case of changes in original scope of work and submit to the relevant authority for review and approval.WhatsApp 0091 9811645433 (Available 24x7) Company Profile SKC Management Consultancy Pvt.
