JOB DESCRIPTIONProject: Facilities Management on Operations (FMO)Job Title: Material SupervisorCorporate Job Capsule & Title :Reports to: Warehouse Management / Logistics Management / Supply Chain ManagementLocation: All FMO Sites2. Qualifications, Experience and SkillsEssential:Must have at least 5 years experience in warehousing, distribution or shipping department.Must be fully able to fully converse in the English language. (IELTS Level 4).Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft office & ERP – Asset/Warehouse management system.Capable of working with limited supervision.Must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of UK health or safety legislation and an ability to carry out risk assessments and propose actions for risk control/management.Be capable of passing security checks to hold an MoD ID card.Desirable:Previous work experience in Soft and Hard FM service.Experience controlling inventory.Previous purchasing.Driving licenseMHE license (preferred not necessary).MAXIMO, SAP & CostPoint.Dangerous Goods handling.Experience & Skills;Excellent verbal and written communication.Enthusiasm & flexibility.Ability to display initiative and work well in a fast-paced environment.Be well organised and maintain a tidy environment, adaptable and dedicated to the tasks in hand.Be honest, conscientious, well presented, highly motivated, with first class interpersonal skills.Good team player, also able to work independently.Process driven.Eight high-level of process of physical inventory.3. Core Responsibilities and DutiesGeneralPlan daily materials requirement against tasks in CostPoint electronically issue and archiving data.Check and facilitate new part ID requests with GS US team / add items to MAXIMO Items Master.Plan inventory counts ensure reconciliations are carried out accordingly.Ensure correct level of stock are maintained to meet theatre requirement and identify non-moving stock items and inform Logistics management.Ensure appropriate inventory optimization is defined conjunction with order to delivery cycle.Raise purchase and service requisition in accordance with GS EMEA guidelines.Monitor outstanding materials report (SharPoint) and provide explanations any delays to site leads/O&M Manager.Ensure relevant date inputted into MAXIMO worklog in timely manner.Prepare daily/weekly TSTIs.Ensure first aid, fire extinguisher and housekeeping checks carried out weekly or monthly.Lead warehouse sanitation.Involve in picking, packing, issuing and shipping.Receive goods and follow correct put-away process.Control asset register for site and monitor calibration schedules.Communicate with suppliers for daily delivery arrangement into site.Work closely with site lead to ensure uninterrupted service is provided.Provide guidance and training for Logistics staff.General office administration and filing.Work as main contact point of invoice (POC) for site goods purchases, any inaccuracies ensure relevant communication is stablished with GS EMEA Chennai Admin teams or buyers.Control and manage safety data sheet (SDS) folder for all identified COSHH substance hazardous items.Any other tasks directed by Logistics Management / Supply Chain Management.Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Environment and Employment policies.Contribute to on-going development and improvement of Supply Chain processes and systems.Salary will discussed and finalized based on Qualification, experience, skills and Interview assessment by clientWhatsApp 0091 9811645433 (Available 24x7) Company Profile SKC Management Consultancy Pvt.
