  • In CFO Data Governance team, part of CFO Operations Development organization, we are looking to hire a Data Stewardcovering CFO data areas related to O2C, R2R and Treasury Master data.
  • You will be expected to accelerate progress through governance accountability in respective area including data quality, availability, security and harmonization. Strong involvement is expected in strategic master data initiatives such as ngCoreERP, Master Data Governance programs (MDG), Data Catalogue and otherdigitalization initiatives.
  • In addition, you will be accountable for advice, coaching and guidance within own area towards maintenance (such as NokiaGBS Data Maintainers & SMEs updating data elements) and consumption (such as controller building a report) processes. You will report to CFO Data Governance Lead.
What you will learn and contribute toAs part of our team, you will be:
  • Accountable for data governance (quality, availability, security, harmonization) within own area including alignment across organizations & various systems on respective data content (e.g. master data elements, attributes, hierarchies).
    • Responsible for master data policies & procedures, definition of KPI, cleansing & harmonization approach and coordination, within own area.
    • Responsible to collect the set of Master Data (MD)requirements, MD maintenance & error monitoring process design, RACI, data migration approach, data testing approach & scope for Strategic Master Data initiatives (Master Data Governance -MDG, ngCoreERP, Data Catalogue, other Digitalization initiatives)
    • Responsible to drive continuous improvement on master data and provide MD expertise.
    • Responsible to closely align with the Process Owners in order to facilitate & advise on everything that is required about MD in their process.
    • Responsible of data governance status for own area within monthly Data operational Steering Committee board
  • Accountable for advice/coaching/guidance within own area towards maintenance (such as GBS Data Maintainers & SME updating data elements) and consumption (such as controller building a report) processes.
    • Accountable that master data maintenance is running based on the process maintenance frame agreed.
Data areas includes:
  • External Customer - Accounting MD
  • Internal customer and internal vendors
  • Payment terms
  • Employee as customer
  • Trading partner and company code
  • Countries, region/state/counties & Geography Hierarchy
  • House bank accounts
  • Exchange rates
Your skills and experienceYou have:
  • 3+ years of experience in the finance area and a relevant Masters degree
  • Experience in finance operational tasks and/or in finance process development in the areaof O2C, R2R and Treasury.
  • Experience with Master Data and Data Governance is an advantage
  • Experience in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA.
  • Fluent written and oral communication in English
