Job Description

Training Preparation:1.?????Reviews existing training programs; suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of clientele, the company, or the industry.2.?????Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.3.?????Identify and assess the training needs of the sales team.4.?????Adapt international training materials in order to fit local specificities and enhance content of existing training support documents when needed5.?????Identifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry developments that training could improve.6.?????Ensure that all the current and new employees in the sales team get the required periodic training to perform their tasks

  1. Develop and motivate Beauty Advisors through training and coaching
  2. Develop comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy
9.?????Review all the monthly training plans for the division including the assigned region and the other region.10.?Develop comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy.11.?Prepares and implements training budgetTraining Implementation: ?????????Ensure Implementation as per plan, each Program Timeline and objectiveTraining Evaluation:?????????Monitor applying evaluation process for each implemented training program.?????????Monitor the training KPIs in order to achieve the training goals and objectives?
