Prepare monthly financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information.?
Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
Reporting the treasury?activities and bank transactions on revenues and expenses on a daily basis.?
Ensure payees have submitted required documents prior to effecting payments.?
Ensure the follow-up and clearance of all advances/petty cash on a daily/weekly basis.?
Keeping documents of collection and expenses in special files regularly and in a proper manner.?
Coordination with HR department to complete salaries and wages procedures.
Follow up on Accounts payable and payments.
Research and reconcile all discrepancies on the financial?system.?
Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
