Handle local & worldwide assignments through our production tool
Receiving the request from client or DNV WW & registering on production tool after agreement on rates through IORA or suitable agreements
Review inspector CV & propose to client after making dure that the request is within the inspector capability
Assign the inspector after agreement of rate (& linking assignments when required)
Receive the inspector deliverables, review, grade inspector on production tool, & send it to client
Review (approve / reject ) inspector timesheets
Report the performed days for finance & line manager for invoicing & WIP
Report all data required for invoicing to finance & support finance in following up with the client for payment
Utilize all company tools (iI2, Oracle, Basware, & any other tool ) which can be mandatory for job execution
Technical monitor for local TPI
Handle client technical comments
Position Qualifications
Technical degree in mechanical (bachelor preferred )
NDT Level III 4 method
CSWIP / CWI preferred
15 to 20 years of experience in related
