Approved as a Lifting Operation Trainer by NPORS or RTITB (both are preferred)
Experience as a trainer in lifting operations courses for at least 3 years.
Carrying supportive qualifications including training the trainer, assessor, lifting equipment inspections, etc from NPORS or RTITB
Responsible for delivering training modules (Lifting Operations) related to cranes, forklift, rigging, banksman, slinging, etc., and heavy equipment and providing feedback.
Responsible for conducting training for trainees and other nominated personnel at the Training Institute in line with the Training Institute certification and requirements.May also be involved in providing training for the operations team at the site.
Educational qualification and Certification ;
Degree /Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Train the trainer certificate
NVQ Level 3 in Training and Assessment (PTTLS or equivalent)
