The primary focus of the role will be to support the sales objectives of the company through achieving given Sales and GM targets. This role is responsible for providing first rate service to current and potential customers.ÿ

ÿWhat you will do:ÿ

To have thorough knowledge of Tires and Batteries. Understanding of Market trends and market intelligence is the key.
To be abreast with the competitor activities and market trends in order to be ahead of competition.
To be well versed with the technical know-how of handling warranties and to be able to handle warranty claims keeping the balance between company policies and customer satisfaction.
Preparing of orders in the prescribed format keeping in mind the seasonality and lead time, thereby reducing loss of sale.
To carry out incentive schemes and other promotional activities in line with the market trend.
To promote merchandising and ensure our products are well placed at all outlets.
Maintaining the existing accounts and continuously looking for new customers to maintain and increase market share.
Responsible for credit customer?s follow-up of payments as per credit terms and conditions granted to the customers.
Maintaining Debtors and Ageing stocks provisions below the company?s set benchmarks.
Achieve or exceed the allocated monthly Sales and GM targets.
