Job Description

  • Handling after Sales service repair of Warranty and out warranty products.
  • Handling of multiple brands such as SAMSUNG, Candy and VESTEL etc.,
  • Handling of multiple products such as Air Conditioners, Washing Machine, refrigerators,dishwashers and cooking ranges.
  • To attend the customers, call in the field (Customers House, Institutions and inside the workshop)
  • Should be involved in service call planning as per the given route
