Job Title Technician - Cabin.Base Maintenance Section (Omanis only) Educational QualificationsDiploma Holder in related engineering discipline (Mechanical/Aircraft Maintenance/Avionics) will be preferred.Or recognized Aircraft Maintenance training certificateOr ICAO Type-II LWTR certification or its equivalent Skills/Knowledge- Proficiency in English & Arabic (Spoken & Written)- Basic computer knowledge- Attention to detail Experience Required As mentioned in Educational Qualifications Job Location Muscat 1. To carry out inspection, repair, work on passenger seats, crew seats, galleys, Lavatories, aircraft cabin equipment, all fixtures & fittings items associated with the aircraft cabin interior in accordance with the approved company procedures as per airworthiness and regulatory requirements.2. Carry out scheduled /unscheduled inspection, repair of all cabin equipment, fixtures / fittings and during the scheduled service checks as per company policy.3. Responsible for carrying out certification of his own work as directed by approval holders / immediate reporting personnel?s.4. To ensure aircraft cabin interiors are maintained as per Oman Air standards.5. Capable to perform laminate, leather & NTF repair/replacement.6. To ensure Oman air safety policies and requirements are adhered and followed.7. To ensure cabin safety aspects are maintained during cabin maintenance and pay particular attention to Emergency equipment.8. Knowledge of Technical Documents such as AMOS, CMM, IPC, & AMM pertaining to the repair, removal and maintenance work carried out on the cabin interior.9. Available for one call support and to work on overtime when required.10. Responsible to obtain cabin approval and maintain validity including certificates and trainings.11. Proper housekeeping of the working area, including the office works and locker area.12. To ensure cabin spares and materials are controlled as per company policies.13. Any other job/task assigned by the management
